BEHIND THE WEBSITE

KS Palm Design came to us ready to showcase both their luxury interior design services and their new furniture collection, the KS Palm Design Collective. Their goal was to create a website that could handle ecommerce seamlessly, allowing customers to explore, customize, and purchase made-to-order furniture while still giving interior design clients a way to inquire.

Unlike their previous site, which was focused primarily on the design studio, this website needed to feature the furniture collection as the centerpiece while also highlighting the studio’s services. The challenge was building a professional, approachable, and coastal-inspired online presence that could handle product variants, pre-orders, payments, and user-friendly navigation - all while making it easy for clients to connect with the studio.

THE WEBSITE

We built a fully custom Wix website with pages for Home, Shop, FAQ, and Contact. The Shop page became the heart of the site, featuring every product in the KS Palm Design Collective with detailed information about fabrics, colors, patterns, and customization options. To make it easy for visitors to browse and find exactly what they were looking for, we added a filter and sorting system, allowing users to narrow by color, material, and collection.

The site was designed to guide visitors naturally, making it simple to explore products, understand customization details, and complete purchases. Interior design services were also highlighted, ensuring potential clients could inquire without distraction from the furniture focus. With the site structured for both functionality and style, visitors experience a professional, coastal-inspired design while navigating smoothly through the furniture collection or studio services.

THE EMAILS

To support both sales and marketing for the KS Palm Design Collective, we set up automated email workflows that make the entire process seamless for both customers and KS Palm Design. This includes checkout abandonment emails to capture lost sales, as well as marketing templates for product launches, pre-orders, and new announcements. These emails help keep customers engaged, informed, and confident about their purchases, while also making it easy for KS Palm Design to promote the collection and communicate updates efficiently.

THE RESULTS
